Return & Exchange Policy

At Wow Toys, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below.

Conditions for Exchange or Refund

Products will only be exchanged or refunded if they are damaged, defective, or faulty upon arrival. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and unused.

  • Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Change of mind does not apply to our return and exchange policy.

Claim Period

Please ensure that you submit your request within 3 days of receiving your order. We are unable to entertain any requests after 3 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

Once your request is approved via email, you will need to courier the item back to us. We will provide the specific return details and address when you contact our support team.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us, except in the following circumstances:

  • The item was damaged when received.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The order was placed under a Free Shipping promotion.

Note: Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotion cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, please email us immediately at thewowtoys.support@gmail.com.

Important Notes

  • Any items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration will be rejected for exchange.

  • Seasonal Stock: Summer items can only be exchanged for other summer stock; winter items can only be exchanged for winter stock.

  • Right to Cancel: Wow Toys reserves the right to cancel any order for legitimate reasons.
